What do you do if you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving from Heights Driving School Inc.?
Below is a procedure to follow so we can rectify any issue.

In the event you a issue regarding any services rendered by Heights Driving School Inc., The issues should be first discussed with the staff that is involved as soon as possible.   If you were unable to reach an acceptable solution to the issue then you need to fill out the information below and submit it.   The submission will be reviewed by a representative of Heights Driving School Inc.   They will be in touch with you with in 24 to 72 hours to discuss this issue with you.   It's important to fill in all the information ask for in order to properly direct the issue to the correct staff member.

It is important not to wait until the end of your lessons, the sooner you report the issue the soon we can start to resolve it.

You also have the option of calling 440-449-3300 and discussing this issue with our training manager, office manager or authorizing official.
